In-Platform Sim Trans
The AV Focus Groups and IDI platform has built in dual audio channels which means that there are no dependencies on third-party software or any additional costs required for audio conferencing.
This tool enables a translator to join the session using a unique link and hear Moderator & Respondent audio whilst broadcasting their own audio to a separate channel. Moderators and Observers can choose to listen to the Translated Audio channel or the local language.
A moderator also has the option to choose whether observers only hear the translated audio, denying them the option to switch between the two channels if required.
Effective and Detailed Reporting.
Reports are available immediately after the session ends giving you fast and easy access to all your insights. Download the results of your interactive whiteboards, not just as a combined view but also as individual snapshots per respondent.
Polls can be downloaded into an excel document allowing you to easily work with the data. Heatmaps can be manipulated to show positive neutral and negative comments.
A full transcript is available, and you also have a full MP4 recording immediately available which includes all the tagged moments within the session that peaked your interest.
